Specks moving on glass, new tank

I have just finished cycling my 90G tank, there is nothing in it but 4 chromis and a bunch of dead rock. I added a single piece of live rock to seed corraline algae. Today I noticed what I thought was diatoms at first but it was too uniform in shape on the glass. After staring at a spec for a while I noticed it was in fact moving.

I can't discern any shape from these specs and they appear to be reddish in color. Even with a magnifying glass they just look like fine, tiny hairs. The pictures of flatworms I found appear to show something that is much larger.

Because I am in the very early stages of bringing my tank up, I want to get this issue dealt with before it gets to be a problem. Should I treat with Flatworm Exit or just chill and keep an eye on them? I guess there is a chance they could be a benign flatworm?

I guess I should have dipped the small live rock I added first...

They appear to be eating algae from the glass. I think ill resist the urge to medicate and keep an eye on them.
