What to put in my refugium

Hello, I have a 4x2x2 (FOWLR) tank and my refugium is 10in (L) x 19in (W) x 13in (H).

What macroalgae should I use in my refugium? I know a lot of people say Chaeto... so should I use this and another type for diversity?

Are any of these good to use - http://www.mattrichards.id.au/organisms.html?

And should I just have an inch of sand or should I make it into a DSB?

gracilleria is good algae, 9 and 10 are ok.

how about an inch of Miracle Mud?

I would add a DSB with chaeto. If you have a DSB on your DT then just chaeto with bare bottom. Its easier to clean

DSB and chaeto are all you really need. I keep mangroves and other macros in mine though, to use as "live" food for my tangs and angels.
