Can't get apex control to turn anything off

Hello all- I am having trouble with a brand new Neptune apex controller to turn anything off - I have used all the wizard setting the advance and even the 'manual ' and it won't turn off anythig - not bulk reef supply doser power head lights and even a big lamp I plugged in to see if it would tuen it off - I read that it can have problems with 'small' items but I am at a lost

First thing to try is power everything off and re-boot the Apex. If that doesn't fix it, then start looking at other areas like firmware.

Its brand new - like today! Firmware problems?

I would try switching USB ports on all the connections as well, just to rule that out. Also throw a post up n the Neptune forum, there are lots of helpful people there. You can also email support, Curt is very quick to repsond.
