QTing Corals

How many of you reef hobbyists QT your corals after dipping before adding to your DT? I am pondering whether or not to set up a QT tank for my future corals or not, I will dip them for sure. For those of you that do QT corals, how long do you QT, what size tank do you have/need, what other equipment is needed? Lighting is a given, but what kind do you use?
