Exclamation Replacement Return Pump HELP!

I am turning to the group for help. I was doing some maintenance on my tank earlier this evening. I went to clean the pad on my return pump. After cleaning returned the pad to pump replaced GFO and went to start the pump back up. It ran for about 20 seconds then stopped. I thought maybe the impeller just needed to be cleaned, which it did, so I soaked in vinegar and gave the internals a good scrub. By the time I went to put pump back in the sump, I found the return section of my sump really cloudy. I found a hermit crab inside the propellor area which I removed. After draining and refilling the sump, I tried again to power up the pump and I get nothing.

When I had a problem with my mag 12 at least I could feel the pump trying to work, but in this case my mag 18 is not doing anything. I'm in a real pickle because I cant replace the pump for a few more days. Does anyone have a pump I can borrow for a few days until I replace mine? Or at least have one that they are looking to sell that I can purchase. I know the mag 18 was too large for my tank, but I used the extra flow to keep movement in my sump since I was fight the Cyano problem. I am open to what is available, as I am in need of something right away.

It's ironic that my pump breaks down after the swap, where I'm sure someone had a pump for sale. But if anyone is able to help me out I would be very appreciative.

I have a eheim 1262-310 internal pump that you can use. I don't have any external pumps open. Pm me if that will work.

I have a marineland 4500 utility pump for sale. It's internal 1175gph, max head is 10ft. It would be great for your size tank if your sump is in the stand.

Pm me if you're interested.
Nick

Thanks for the responses everyone, I am sending out PM's to see how quickly I can pick one up today. This is indeed one of the best clubs I've ever been a part of.
