par 38 or orphek pr25 or kessell A150

What would be a better value
2 ecoxotic par 38s or 1 orphek pr25 or 1 kessell a150?

Well, one of the issues is that the kessell units aren't widely available. In terms of "value" with the par 38s it always sorta depends on how you mount them. Kessels have that 40 dollar mount thing that's pretty cool if it'll work in your situation. The orphek is expensive but has it's proponents. That being said, I doubt you would get more coverage with a single orphek vs 2 ecoxotics

In that regards prolly the two p38 ecoxotics or nanotuners. You will get good par (kessil will be highest w most penetration) with all but broadest coverage with 2 bulbs vs one point

would the p38's be enough to grow sps? I am thinking of p38's over my biocube but I would be doing a sort of retro fit w/ 1 p38 and 3 solderless led kits (60 degree optics) with 2 kits being a 3 to 1 ratio of rb to cw and the center being mainly a 2 to 1 ratio of cw to rb for a midday effect. I would be mounting these all inside the biocube hood that will be gutted out and retro fitted to suspend ~ 10 inches from the surface. Would this be enough or should I just go with 2 p38's?
