That seems like it should have been ok. Did you check the salinity of the water that they came in vs your salinity? If they were off by a wide margin that could have been part of the problem. How is the fish doing today?

Also, how long were they in the bag before you opened it?

I didnt check the salinity of therr water but my salinity is pretty much spot on, The male is doing great and swimming around everywhere but the female seems to still not wanting to swim and leans onto her left side, she is breathing quite heavily though her gills, but every now and then she like trys to swim and move but doesn't go anywhere so she just stops and lays again

Not a bag-ammonia issue then, that's good. The point SP was making is still somewhat in question though - it's good that your salt is on the mark, but many fish stores keep their salt very low. I'd think both fish would be effected though.

At this point you'll need to keep a close eye out for disease. It could be as simple as stress, but you'll need to watch to be sure. That also means you shouldn't add fish for several weeks until you know if there was or wasn't a disease introduced. It's six weeks for ich, but I don't know about the timelines of any other possible diseases. GL!

Are the fish in a QT separate from the coral? If so, you could start to slowly lower the sg (like 0.001 per hour or longer). I have read that higher sgs are a little more stressful on a fish. Nothing too drastic though, maybe down to 1.020 (only if no other inhabitants in tank though, that is too low for most corals). That may help with the female. Somebody may want to confirm that before you do it though.
