looks good to me, just make sure you have plenty of water flow, and if that heater in the back is glass you may want to find a plastic one. The glass ones can break and if they do will be a BIG problem.

Looks good. Are you planning on doing fish only or adding corals? If you're planning on adding corals, you might be able to rearrange it so that there's more area to placethem on the rock (tough for me to judge the depth based upon the picture, so I might be wrong). Good luck!
