Try newly hatched brine shrimp from the beginning. They should be large enough to eat baby brine from the beginning.

i bought 2 cleaner shrimp and they got eachother pregnant, so now i have two pregnant cleaner shrimp is this normal?

Yes, cleaner shrimp are hermaphrodites (both male and female at the same time).
