Vicious clownfish

I have a 150 ltr system tank with corals and seven male Japanese double swordtail guppy/endler hybrids. I've had them for months and they are really healthy and active.

So my mom turns up with 5 ocellaris, all about 1" long. She doesn't have a tank and asked if I could hold them for her awhile she sets up her own aquarium

I didn't see an immediate problem so I floated the bag and released them. The next day, all of my prized endlers lost most of their tails. The baby ocellaris are like piranhas. All of my endlers are hiding in fear of an attack. I'll have to net either the clowns or the endlers and put them in the sump for now.

I have had my fair share of aggressive clowns. The sump is good or at the very least a breeder box to separate the clowns and allow the fish to recover. That sucks.

This doesn't make any sense... and doesn't even justify a response...

I must see pictures of this fancy guppy / clownfish reef tank...

Many of the "freshwater" livebearers can take the plunge into saltwater. Mollies are probably the easiest, but the others are capable of it if the aquarium owner is very careful.

Well, if they are "prized endlers" then obviously net the clowns out. 5 is asking for trouble down the lines anyways.

I understand that but most people cannot get guppies living in full marine conditions so if he doesn't have a picture it doesn't exist...

Sorry, I'm a visual person
