Vortech keeps falling off

Hi all, I've had MP40W in my tank for around a year now. All of a sudden the inside part keeps falling off. I'll put it on and after about 10 seconds the entire wet side unit starts to spin and falls off. I've thoroughly cleaned it but same results. Can anybody help? Thanks

check your glass thickness setting, if it is too far apart there will be a weak hold

I concur. Either post here or contact CS directly. They're very helpful.

I found the problem. I took apart the wet side assembly and the bushing was sticking. I soaked it in vinegar for a while and cleaned it out. Now it's running smoothly. Thanks for your help.
