You have to use the size/type of bulb the tank's light fixture is designed to use, or replace the light fixture. Your only options are the "color" of the bulbs.

That might have been a fresh water planted tank. Don't think you can do that to grow some corals.

The kit you are buying has T8 bulbs which wont grow anything but nuisance algae. You need power compacts, t5s or metal halide....which halides is a bit overkill on a 10 gallon

Just don't use one of the plastic hoods that come with All Glass Aquariums. Any of the aforementioned lighting options will melt that hood in a matter of minutes. Build your own hood out of wood, use a metal reflector, or hang the lights.

Don't think you're growing any LPS with anything that can plug into those sockets...

And, I don't mean to be rude, but if you have to ask questions like this, you're not ready to run a 10 gallon saltwater reef. The smaller the tank, the harder it is to keep. Sorry. But it's true.

10 Gallon is 20" and the referenced fixture is 24" with 48 watts of light. It'll extend over the edges, look funny and isn't near enough light for corals. I've used both the coralife powerquad and the Marineland Reef LEDs on ten gallon tanks. Both work for soft corals and LPS. If you want SPS you'll need even more intense lighting IMO.

Yes. Hit the Nano section here and you'll find lots of support. Might actually be better with an all-in-one tank and a decent light from the start.

if you want to grow softies lps and have your sps at the top of your tank like inch away from your light do this.

Go to walmart and buy two brinks security light 42 watt 6500k cfl high output bulbs screw them in your fixture tear it open put the balllst lol more like control board and hard wire them into the wall. then you have 84 watts and grow about everything. I cut them and screwed them in a hang from ceiling i made

I have two 42 watt bulbs plus a 50/50 watt 20 watt bulb for actinic which i don't think anything i have needs but if you want to put shrimps actinic needing things add one see my ten gallon thread for pics i keep sps under mine and there growing fine. It's just super white.
