Breaking dry rock?

I ordered some pukani dry rock from Bulk Reef Supply and asked for big pieces, but they gave me 1 big piece that ways about 15-20 pounds. This is WAY too big lol and i wont be able to make the structure i want with a big hunk of rock the size of 2 basketballs. What is a good way to break it without making a mess of rubble, im going for softball sized chunks not lots of pieces. I only want reliable methods, and someone that has experience with how pukani breaks.

I recently watched a brs video that showed how to work with the pukani rock.. They even created a cavern through a piece. Check out the brs tv section of their website.

Beneath the main picture on the below web page, there are other thumbnails and 2 vidoes. One looks to have pointers on aquascaping with it .
