Where to attach gauge for rodi?

I got a $10 gauge from hd up to 100 psi, some adapters to fit a 1/4" line.

Question is where do I fix this? Do I create a T from mainline going to valve to rodi? Or after valve before rodi?

Or temporarily fix it from line going to rodi without a T?

Is it better to have this as a permanent addition.

Thx

If you want to detect a pressure drop across the filters, T it into the line after the carbon block and before the RO filter. If you want to know the pressure going into the system, T it in after the main and before the filters.

Most people want to know the pressure after the filters so they know when they need changed.

i know some people also put 2 gauges on there, one before the carbon block pre-filters and one before the ro membrane, this way they know the difference between both before and after the filters. otherwise you will need to take note of how much pressure you have when the filters are brand new to know when its dropped enough to change the filters.
