Loud drain syphoning noise

So one of my drains decided to start making some loud syphoning noises this weekend. Out of nowhere. I didnt do anything. But I tried a few things to fix it but doesnt seem to work. I turn my bal valve to min flow and I can still hear it. I comes straight down from the back of my tank and 2 90 degree elbows to go into the sump. Anyone with any ideas??

are you using a durso? there may be salt build-up in the air hole at the top of your standpipe either on the inside or outside (or both).

I think the hole is fine. Yes i am Using a durso style drain. I tried drilling a second hold in case...and still had the loud syphon noise.
