Problems with BRS 75 GPD RO/DI 5 stages plus system

Hi, I am about to replace all the filters for the first time, but for some reasons, after over 30 minutes of trying and I still couldn't open them. can you help? thanks

I had the same problem the first time too... Make sure all the pressure out especially in the membrane end of the RO unit then just use brute force to open it..Ones it opening just add a potroleum jelly on the RO threads and your good to go for the next time around..
