Six-line wrasse w/ shrimp/goby/halloween hermit?
Hi guys. I was planning on adding a six-line wrasse to my tank (final addition), but was worried about how it would get along with my dracula goby/tiger pistol shrimp and halloween hermit. I was wondering if any of you had any advice or experience with keeping these guys together? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankss!

We have had a halloween hermit in my tank(s) for over 6 years. In the newest tank there is a coris wrasse (bigger than a six line) and they don't bother each other at all. BTW, we have offered new cone shells to the hermit 3 or 4 times over the years when he starts to look cramped in his current shell. He has moved up every time. I can't speak to the goby/shrimp to wrasse relationship except to say we have a banded coral shrimp and a 3 engineer gobies and they all do fine with the coris wrasse as well.

they will be fine. the goby and wrasse won't even pay attention to each other. mine don't.
i have lots of hermits. i have a six line wrasse. i have a goby and pistol pair. and in my previous nano reef i had a different 6 line, with different watchman goby, and hermits. they won't care about each other...but the goby may occaisionally pick up the hermit and move it to the otehr side of the tank...it's funny...both my gobies did that |
