all in one test strips

My BIL gave me a box of all-in-one test strips for Christmas. It tests Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, Ph and a couple of others all on 1 strip with one dip in the tank. For fresh or SW.

Does anyone have any experience with these? I haven't tried them yet.

From what I have read the strips are horribly unreliable.

I wouldn't trust them but they are probably fine for a quick read. If the strip suggests something is out of wack grab the real test kit and confirm

If there is an alkalinity reading on it, ignore that for seawater.

i do not like the idea of dipping anything in to the tank take small sample of water and dip into that.
