They are a pretty good site for cleaning crew because of their daily deals. I usually have very few doa animals and hen I have their customer service is very good. I have not ordered any coral except for the one free ricord they gave me so not sure about their quality. Hope this helps

Not trying to defend them but from what I have heard about a year ago the owner gave the company to his exwife because of personnal problems and she made alot of changes to improve customer service. They were one of the sponsors of my reefclub and we never had any problem they wernt willing to fix in a timely manner. Once again though my experience is with cleaning crew. If you want a great site use live aquaria they have great fish and coral.

It was the wife who personally handled my order and sent the wrong fish. She made me go thru a big hoopala send pics but would not make it right. On top of the wrong fish she sent me cheaper fish than I bought. She did offer to give me a $5 discount if I bought the fish again.

Lol my thing is, why are there so many problems? How hard is it to send the right fish? It says you ordered *input name* fish and they should know what fish looks like what. Only problems should be DOA...besides that I don't see how people can mix up the orders.

Reviews have been mixed at best. But if you want to roll the dice . . .
