How many LEDs are in each row? What type of drivers are you using? You will need the advanced light control modules for your reefkeeper. 1-2per driver depending on what drivers you are using.

Most likely you will only be able to control the drivers on channels 1 and 4 of each PC4 because the LEDs don't draw enough current to kick off the electronic relays on channels 2 and 3. You can overcome this by plugging a surge protector into the channel you want and then the driver into the surge protector. That will draw enough to shut down the electronic relays.
After that it's all programming. You just need to go to Menu --> Modules --> PC4 (first or second one) --> Channel (select the channel you want to program) --> Function --> Light --> Select on/off time. You will do that for each channel on each PC4 that you have a driver plugged into and you will be good to go. Good luck!

You need to set up a bunch of multi-timers, and the easiest way is to do it though the PC software utility. Are you using an RKL or RKE? I believe you can only have a couple multi-timers on an RKL.

When you set them up you have to wait 24 hours for the cycle to start. I was a bit confused when I set it up for my Swabbie. Not going to lie though, your lighting schedule seems unnecessarily complicated.

If the life span of the LEDs is his concern then tell him not to worry about it.
