What return for a 150 gallon tank?

i have a 72 x 18 x 29 gallon tank with a 48 x 16 x 17 inch sump. i have a mag 24 now but i have been reading that with a 3/4 inch return line, the pump is going to be highly restricted. so i am back to square 1. i am looking for a pump that can work well with a 3/4 inch return line and teed off. since i have 2 overflows, i was planning on teeing off the one pump to lead into both returns. so there will be approx 1 or 2 feet of straight 3/4 inch tubing leading to a Tee, then two separate 3/4 inch return lines going to each return. any help would be great. thank you
andrew
