need help identifying

So today I purchased a whole slew of live rock for my tank from another hobbyist who is leaving the hobby. I had 3 big buckets full and was able to use it to fill my new 75G tank. Hopefully I'll start cycling soon since the LR was all well established (years) and has tons of life, critters, coralline, copepods, brittle stars, etc.

There are a few things I was hoping you could help me identify. The first picture appears to have a yellow sponge of some kind growing on the rock, but there's also these little white worm looking things that appear to have some grey/brown hairy tentacles that come out of them at times. I'm wondering what they are.

The second picture is of a sponge/growth that also has some little fuzzy tentacles on it, just wondering what that is.

And the third picture is something that crawled out of one of the rocks I bought shortly after putting it in the tank. It's hard to see, but it's a clear/translucent white thing that looks like an anemone or something. Although at the same hand, it appears it may have a foot attached to a live rock. It's at the bottom of the tank in a sort of dark/tunnel area I made while aquascaping. It's a little bigger than a golfball.

Oh also, how often should I have the lights on in my DT while I wait for the cycle to complete?

Pic 1 is sponge, cool stuff if it survives. Beneficial filter feeder, harmless.

Pic 2 looks like some stressed out GSP. Easy soft coral. Some people pay $$ for it, some people hate it because it can grow very fast. Search for green star polyps and decide for yourself. Some specimens are brighter than others. I've even got a pink variety. (Sounds prettier than it is.)

Pic 3 I can't really make out anything but your description sounds like vermetid snails or spionid worms are a possibility. Both are gross, but harmless. Check out some reef hitch hiker guides for pics to ID

Leave the lights on like you would normally, if you want that GSP to grow and look better.

You may have some algae blooms as the tank cycles, but that is just part of the process.

All of this rock is from someone's personal established tank, so fully cured. It has been in his tank for years. So I'm hoping for a short quick cycle since the rock is in perfect condition and full of bacteria and life. I only had aragonite in my tank until today.
