plumbing my eheim 1250 need help!

Hi guys,
I recently installed a sump into my tank, i got a mag 9.5 way to much flow in my tank. I had a guy come out and help me plumb my it into my system. We used 3/4 inch ball valve and material. Any chance i could just flip the eheim around so the Hose Connection (Suction Side): 3/4 can be used? If so can i go to home depot to get a part? Please help me, my mag 9.5 is making to much noise for me to sleep

Home depot should have all the parts you need to plumb your pump in. Only thing you have to have is the output for the ehiem that is a metric fitting and you will not find that at HD.

The input side of the pump is a 1/2" fitting If i remember correctly. I personally use hard pvc not tubing...but either way HD has your parts in the sprinkler section.
