How to clean the "dumps" from the sand

Hi my tank is now up and running with a big cowry snail, some turbos and 3 large hermits, someone is doing massive dumps on the sand. I bought one of those eheim vacuums but is can't move these monster dumps.
Any suggestions on how to clean this up?

You might need more flow my friend...I see my fish take poops all the time and with 4 Koralias running there is no chance it settles out

I agree, more flow is what you need, or at least try to redirect your pumps to get rid of the low flow areas

I have an mp40 and a MP10 in my cube, I'm sure its not flow. I will have a play with the placement, its 24x24x24.
