2 spots = ich?

I have had my 2 clowns in QT since I got them 5 days ago. One of them has developed 2 white spots on it, they look like little grains of salt on his side. Can this be an early warning of ich? The fish is otherwise fine, eating normally, swimming like normal, not trying to "scratch" itself on anything, etc.

I'm also new at this but have gone through the whole lovely ich experience and I'd say to treat them as long as they're in QT anyway

Yeah that stinks, sorry!! At least you're smart and doing the QT thing from the get-go. It could be much worse, you could've added them straight to your DT and infected it. Thats a mess, trust me :P They should be fine after treatment, GL!
