How your media reactors are plumbed into manifolds

I am having two brs media reactors shipped to me, origonally I was going to get a dual and run a mj1200. But my return pumpm is dialed back to about 70 percent using a ball valve so I figure I can use the water coming from this. Does anyone have their media reactors connected to a manifold? I am only confused how you get the plastic hose to pcv, are there fittins for this?

edit pictures could help

Home depot sells adapters that go from pvc to john guest. Its in the same place you will find the john guest tubing.

Like this but plastic...

+1 on the push fittings at HD or Lowes. I'd also make another BRS order and get their $13 1/2" gate valves.

Here's a tip: Put one extra valve on the manifold, but reduce the outlet to a 1/4" push fitting for RO hose. Use it to drip acclimate quickly and easily. If you tend to acclimate a bunch of bags at once, get a bunch of RO tees from BRS and make a big "sub-manifold" with an RO valve on each hose. When you're not acclimating you can just pull it out of your manifold and keep it in the basement.
