Cheap Ebay Lights

I was wondering if anyone here has used these lights. I would prefer to not get into the argument of there comparison to CREE's or some of the very high priced mass produced fixtures. Instead would just love to hear reviews from those who have actually purchased and attempted to use these lights over a mixed reef, mine having primarily LPS and zoas.

It may be a good idea to post this in the numerous threads already going about these lights, but first I would do the unthinkable, I would read those threads and see if my answer isn't already there. I know for a fact that it is.

Here is a good example, last posted on yesterday, and you will love the title..."Chinese LED Lights", not exactly cryptic. :-)

Just a little effort on your part would have made this thread unnecessary. :-) I think you will find what you seek in the above thread, and will find that most people are having luck with some of these lights.

Happy Reefing

I was looking at these exact lights, i'm curious to say what people say... i know everyone always says you get what you pay for but i've had great luck so far with cheap lights so its hard to say no to this deal.

Couple people at my local reef club has been running these for a couple months now and they all have positive praise for them. While they will all tell you they are not perfect, for the price they work really well.
