Question Night LED help.

Hey, I have a 20 gallon reef tank. I run a dual T5 HO with a 10k daylight bulb and a actinic. But i hear that night light is also important for my corals. So i was wondering a good and cheap LED that a deep ocean blue. I would also like to know if they should have like 60 watts? or 30 watts? or like 5 watts? Any help with someone links would be AWESOME!

Thanks
Jake
