Led light question

About 4 months ago I replaced my redsea max 130 lights with a DIY led fixture. I have 30 3 watt leds going with should be plenty of lighting. The only thing is none of my coral has really opened since the switch over. My question is this: I have 15 white and 15 blue leds. I'm thinking something is wrong with the spectrum. Should I have more white? More blue? Any help would be awesome. Thanks folks.

Do you have them dimmed? That is a lot of light did you slowly acclimate?

They are dimmable. I spent the first couple weeks slowly Inceasing the light to full power. You think I try a lower dimmer setting?

Full power is probably WAY too much light for your corals. I would tune them down to about 50% and leave them there for a couple weeks. It can take months for corals to adjust to new lighting, especially LED.

I agree 100%. The good news is now you will have less heat and use less electricity!

Thanks folks. I knew something was wrong but after checking water para placement and flow I narrowed it down to lights. I'll adjust the lighting down and give it a few weeks to see what happens.
