Decent PAR meter
can anyone recommend a PAR meter that won't break the bank, but will give somewhat accurate readings for an LED fixture?

Apogee is the only real one out there. But if you want to go the economical way, buy the sensor and hook up to a multimeter then multiply the value by 5 (so I they say).
