water change during cycle
Ammonia is less than. 25 it looks almost to 0. Nitrite is 1.0 and nitrates are 20ppm
my water is pretty cloudy. Should I do a water change or continue to let my tank cycle?

You can if you would like....How long has your tank been cycling? It could be a bacteria bloom which should subside in a few days
|

Thanks. Ill wait couple days and see if it clears up on its own. If its not hurting anything then I'm not going to worry about it. As long as its not inhibiting the cycle

I wouldn't you may take out more of the good that you are trying to start. Let the cycle complete itself. Cloudy water is normal and it will clear in a couple of days.

I have always done water changes during the cycle/curing process -- the reason being that I paid good money for the life on my live rock. I want to limit the ammonia spike so that most/as much as possible of that life survives.

nitrites are at .5
ammonia 0 nitrates are less than 20ppm still cloudy but looks like the parameters are getting there

Sounds like the middle of the cycle....do you have an diatoms or algae growth yet?
