should I weed my fuge?
I have a ball of chaeto in there growing nicely, should I weed out the cyano?

I don't know what the "right" answer is here, but I typically don't do anything with my fuge. I have some snails and hermits in it to keep it a little tidy, but the goal of mine is to farm pods. Pods like it nasty. That being said, i usually vacuum the heavy stuff off the front every handful of water changes so I can see into it., but i don't touch the rocks or the sand.

I would throw out the cyano. The purpose of the chaeto in the fuge is nutrient export so throwing out something that has gorged on nutrients is following the same thought in my opinion.

I'm also of the opinion to leave it alone, my thoughts are if it's growing in the fuge then it's not growing in my DT.
