Fixing ATI PM

Hi all, My ATI PM 6x39w is broken and down to 4x39w.

Water splashed into end of fixture, causing a bulb connector to blow/melt. 2x bulbs not working. Replaced damaged bulb connectors - still not working. Replaced ballast, with comparable ballast, except dimmable. Still not working. Power reaching ballast. Next step is to start testing each circuit connection to see where power isn't reaching. There doesn't seem to be any obvious fuses (?).

This is the ballast i replaced with:

Any suggestions appreciated, Cheerz.

Call ATI directly, they are extremely helpful.

I would lean towards it not being the correct ballast as being the issue.
