Thumbs down white sponge suffocating coral frags

Help! I work at a family owned pet store and I am the one who (mostly) maintains the 120 and 65 g reef tanks we have. Our 65 is our frag tank and after going through most of them I noticed ( esp on the zoa's and frogspawn frags) that a white sponge like stuff is growing on them and around all the heads, growing upwards as if suffocating it. I know we also have an outbreak of pineapple sponges as well. I can get pics if needed but I need help to save our frags before this white sponge stuff kills them! Tank perimeters are fine, every thing is close to 0 with ph at 8.3 and salinity at .023 the sponge stuff only seems to grow on the frags
