Your tank is still cycling. You're not ready to add anything at this point.

Normally ammonia 0, nitrites 0 and high nitrates. Then do a water change to reduce the nitrates.
BTW a feather duster should not be the first addition in a new tank, is a filter feeder.

Well you shouldn't with those readings. Hopefully they survive. I would wait a few months for a feather duster until you have 1 or 2 small fish in your 10g, understand everything better, have consistent readings, have an established feeding regime, etc then your water column will have stuff that the feather duster can eat.

You could argue that you would target feed it, but must people starting in this hobby are not consistent with target feeding. Plus there are much more important things that a new tank requires, and more important things to learn.

Good Luck

Shady, mot to be mean or anything, but from this post and your other about needing sand cleaners, its kinda clear that you need to do a lot more reseach. And you might have to seriously adjust your expectations of a nano tank. I provably would recommend keeping a feather duster in a 10 g tank since you're not going to be able to keep it fed since 10 g isn't a lot of volume to produce the food it needs to survive. Nano tanks are pretty hard to take care of.

Honestly, my live rock had 4-5 small feather dusters on it when I tossed it in, and they all appear to have survived the cycle, but my cycle was very mild and my rock was VERY well cured.

Since you have the choice, and ability to wait, I'd encourage you to wait. This hobby requires patience and consistency.
