Spectrapure Autotopoff question

I bought a Spectrapure single-tank autotopoff from someone on craigslist. It works fine, but I don't like that the tank has to lose 1" of water before it kicks in. I recently downgraded to a nano tank, and 1" is a substantial percentage of the total water. Is there a way to adjust it to be more sensitive?

If its the ultra precise TO control then it shouldn't have any deviation in water level.
