Possibly weird question

I've got a couple fish in QT and it turns out at least one has ich. I have another tank but because of a disagreement with by starry blenny I had to put my YWG into it. So now I want to do the tank transfer method to try to get rid of the ich on my QT'd fish so I need that second QT tank (the one the YWG is in). I was thinking of sticking my YWG into my refugium but I know there are some pretty big bristle worms in there. Will they do my YWG any harm? He's fit as a fiddle and has completely recovered from his DT experience but I'm nervous for now about putting him back in the DT (been looking for a new home for him). Will he be fine in the fuge with the big bristle worms?

if one fish has itch you need to treat both so why move them out of the QT tank they are already in?

The YWG isn't in with the ones who are suspect of ich. I wanted to try the tank transfer method of dealing with the ones who have the ich and I need the 2 tanks to do that with.
