I wouldn't treat with any medications if I don't see any signs ... personally, I would just do a hypo if the fish can handle it, and then put it in the tank if it's still ok.

API Stress Coat is probably the only thing I'd add regardless of anything ... aside from that, if things start going south, then probably Prazipro ...
