20" T5 tank size and bulbs info needed

Picked up a 20" Aqauticlife 2 bulb T5 fixture for cheap and was wondering a few things.

What size tank would this be good for if I want to do Softs and LPS?
Can it do SPS in any size? If so what size?

What would be the best bulbs to put in it for each one? It currently has a 6k and a purple bulb.

Any advice/ideas/etc let me know!

~Fred

Those are made to fit either a 10 gallon or an 18 gallon (tall 10) tank. I've used similar 2 bulb T5's before but your very limited in what you can keep as these don't put out a lot of light. I've succesully had red mushrooms, green star polyps, toadstool leather and kenya trees in an 18 gallon with a Current 2bulb T5. Pretty much any coral that is okay with low light conditions. I used one 10,000K lamp and a 420/460 actinic and not a lot of company's make that sized bulb, 18", so your stuck with just the basics pretty much. Also the bulbs you currently have I think are for freshwater.
