Apex display froze
We had a thunderstorm in the area 2 hours ago and when I came home I saw that my aquarium lights were off and when I looked at the apex display, it was frozen and showed an earlier time. I unplugged the Apex base module and replugged it. Since then there is no power to the module. I tried connecting and disconnecting several times with no success. Please help.

Apex base module dead
The apex base module was dead when I tried to re-connect. Spoke with Paul at Neptune's. He was very helpful. The unit had to be sent to them. I am currently managing with 10 timers and temp setting on chiller.
I am concerned about this happening again and therefore I will just get another back up base module just in case this happens again. Sam
