Stocking from the same regions?
When stocking a tank, do all of the inhabitants have to be from the same area such as the Indo-Pacific, Carribean, or Atlantic?

Not at all.
Some people like to do a themed tank though, where they do get liverock, coral, cleanup crew, and fish only from a certain region. They are cool tanks, because its like a small glimpse into that region. In no way is it required. |

The answer to your question is no. However, be careful and pay attention to critter compatibility. Drs. Foster & Smith have a pretty good little chart for basic info.
