I have a Reef Fanatic Level Controller on both of my tanks in conjunction with Aqua Lifter pumps. Love 'em. Premium Aquatics sells them.

Heard nothing but praises from the Tunze Osmolator, planning to invest one myself.
Getting very tired of manually doing it every other day! |

I have the Tunze, though still working on installing it! Waiting for the CA dosing kit to go with it before I add it.

IMO, buy a controller and use that. Take the money you'd use to buy the ATO controller, pH controller, lighting controller, wave controller, temp (heat & cool) etc, etc... and buy a controller.
In the end you'll end up with a single interface for monitoring and control, web accessible, and easy to program and customize - which is really, really nice. The trade-off is the potential for a single point of failure. I think the trade off is a good one. Despite the downside, a controller is still a big win and something you'll want in every tank thereafter. JMTC & GL!
