RO/DI system issue

Last month I installed an RO/DI system I purchased from Purewaterclub. After setting it up it ran fine, than I connected it to a float that's in my 5gallon storage tote for my ATO system. The problem I have is that when it starts to refill the tote I get a LOUD vibration noise from the Auto Shut off valve. It doesn't seem to be constantly vibrating.. only when it's done refilling and it only lasts about a couple secs.. Could this be a pressure issue?
Also I came home to find that the water was draining from the drain line for most of the day (I can only assume as it was running constantly when I came home). I read online about the Auto Shut offs and/or the check valve (flow restrictor) failing.. Could this be it..?

Not sure of that brand but my auto shut off makes that same noise for a few seconds as it shuts the water off. There shouldn't be any water coming out of the drain line after it's shut off. Possibly a defective ASOV.

Possible bad ASOV. Give them a call, it needs to be replaced.

It could also be a bad check valve. You should check that first.

Thanks for the responses.. The ASOV and Flow restrictor are both cheap so I'm going to replace both and see how it goes.

Does it sound like a water hammer? If so, they sell (or you can make) an arrestor.
