Question Worm What is it

Another what is it question.
This worm was in the crushed coral I cleaned out of a tank never seen before it is 1/2” diameter and the small part goes from 2 inches to 4 inches a little faster then a earth worm moves overall length is from 4 to 6 inches Feels like a hot dog texture and firmness firmness, looked also to have teeth or hair in the end that moves and stretches all the way out can't see teeth or hair if not all the way out. Whats the good and bad of having this worm in a reef tank???????? Keep or not?
