Need suggestion for my set-up please

Not exactly a noob, but might as well be for as long as I've been out of the coral side of the hobby. I used to have a 55 gal reef YEARS ago. Currently have a 3 gal invert with one YCG tank and a cycled 6 gal waiting for me to find a mated pair of harleys to live in it. Anyway, I want to set up a 10 gal mixed reef with one or two appropriate fish and maybe a small clam. I'm pretty sure I want to go with one or two PAR 38 bulbs for lighting, but not sure on how much flow or what filtration to go with. Can someone help me out with this, brand names, etc? No sump. I'm not a DIY person, although I might try the AC 70 fuge mod. I am very diligent on my water changes if that helps any. Thanks for any input or links to old threads!
