Brazilian shallow reef

Hello guys.
I want to share my shallow reef (1,6mx0,7m,0,4m). It has 2 sides view. One of them works like an "in wall" reef. The other side is on the outer part of my apartment (makes water changes easier and my wife don't complain of floor or carpet problems).
I've set it 2 years ago, but I 've had a filamentary algae problem recently due to artificial rock problems. So I've changed all the aquascape and corals felt a little. This is how it was when I started:

That's how it was right before the algae outbreak:

And that's how it is now. Sorry for the water suspension. My iridis wrasse did a mess when I was about to take the picture. I'll take a better one later.
The outer part is SPS dominated with clams:

And the inner part (in wall view) is LPS dominated.

every reef tank has it's prime, I'm bringing mine back from a thermometer and subsequent sand bed crash nine months ago. It's nearly as nice but a few more months of slow additions. I wish you best of luck in restoring your tank.

It was hard to eliminate all that filamentary algae. Almost gave up, but fortunally I didn't and now the aquarium is doing fine. Lost some big sps colonies, and now I have to wait for frags grow. But at least I got some species that are hard to find here, like the oregon blue and the yellow lokani.
Thanks for the post.

This thread definitely needs an update!
I have changed my lightning to LEDs.. Now I have five maxspect mazarra P (you can see them in the second picture) and corals are going pretty fine! SPS and LPS colors are great, anemones are doing fine and clams are fully open!
I will start with two pictures, both taken when the led fixtures are at low light. Color contrast is interesting!

The orange ones are gone. They were allways bothering my ocellaris.
By the way, the ocellaris couple has spawned yesterday and I have filmed it:
