Lighting recommendation please

Hey Everyone,
I am setting up a corner shaped tank that is about 60 gallons. The problem I am finding is as follows. The tank is designed to be a corner aquarium which means unlike a traditional 60 gallon tank I do not have a lot of room on top to work with.
Essentially, I have about a 28in L x 6 in W space across the top for lighting. The tank itself is about 28 inches deep. So I need something that will be strong enough to penetrate at least 16 to 20 inches, and that is compact enough to fit in this space. While I like MH's, I would prefer to have some flexibility with the colors by mixing various light outputs.
The goal is to eventually grow SPS, and maybe an anemone.

What do you guys think?

Gerry
