This guy is about 4" long. Do they multiply fast like normal flatworms?

Polyclad flatworm. They are nocturnal and will eat your snails.

Once again, more myth than fact.

But a sixline might kill your fish lol. This is a very aggressive fish.

Will they eat snails like turbo snails and astreas, or just the mini snails?

Actually, my six line wrasse eats all the small flatworms in the tank. Had an outbreak in my sump and the six line ate everyone I could see in about 2 weeks. Also have one in my display and he is very docile. Thats why I was wondering if a six will eat it.

He wont go into the tank, but are they like flatworms where if you see one, there are 100 that are in the rocks? Or are they not that fast at breeding?

How long have you had the sixline?

In this hobby I wouldnt depend on anything to eat something I dont want in the tank. Its not that consistant to rely on something like that.

And polyclad flatworms can get pretty large

I have had the one in the display for about 4 years, and the one I just added into the sump about 2 months. Like I said, I am not adding him, but wanted to know if there might be more that can infect my other nano tank.

There can be more. There can be eggs. Especially if there were 2 in the tank.

No, there was just one in the bag it came in, but I didnt know if they laid eggs, or if they split like flatworms(at least I think thats how they multiply)

6 line wrasses do eat flat worms, not flats worms that big im sure! But small ones no worries. Thay can also be very placid in the correct enviroment.

Do a search and you find tons of stories of misbehaving sixlines. And maybe 5 that were model citizens

Wow, its funny what you learn. I know about 9 people who have had six lines, I have owned about 4 of them total in my life, and never had a bad fish. They seem so docile for everyone I know. Of course I had a lobster that was the same as my brothers. His is a model citizen in his 80 gallon, and mine ate every fish it could in the 180. Guess they are like us, we all have personalities.
