38 Gallon Stocking Question

I have a 38 gallon cube and I was wondering if anyone thought that two percula clowns, royal gramma, chalk bass and neon goby is to much of a bioload for a 38gal reef?

Is this going to be a fish only or a reef tank? No problem for a fish only, okay if you want soft corals, right on the edge if you plan on keeping SPS corals.

no its a reef and I already have the two clowns it will only be housing softies and some lps. Would it just be better to just decide on a chalk or royal gramma instead of both?

5 fish in your tank is fine. Even with an SPS tank but with really good filtration.
