Cloudy green water
I did a search but nothing popped out so if you know a topic that will help please link to it. All my parameters are good but for some reason after I scraped the glass to get all the algae off that was starting to build up the water hasn't gotten cloudy and tinted green. I thought it would settle and clear back up but if anything its just gotten worse. Any help would be appreciated.

Cloudy green water is typically a bacteria bloom. You state parameters are OK but ammonia and/or phosphates are probably high. A three pronged approach works best. Water changes (dilution is the solution to pollution), chemical filtration ie; carbon, and mechanical filtration aka some sort of filter floss changed often will clear up most cloudy water.

Agree with above but I'll add that a uv sterilzer would help in your situation
